Wally has coordinated several trip for us with our friends in Phoenix to Europe, Alaska, and the Caribbean. He has done exceptional planning and coordinating travel and lodging arrangements as we are in Atlanta and travel companions are in Phoenix. We recently had our travel plans to Portugal interrupted by a last minute flight attendant strike in Germany with Lufthansa and when we were notified he already had travel options available to us for Phoenix and Atlanta to make sure our trip was not interrupted. He does an excellent with taking care of the details and updates.
